A Which? food study has tested the fat and salt levels of pizzas sold at Pizza Hut, Pizza Express, Ask, Prezzo, Frankie & Benny's and Zizzi and found that Pizza Hut pizzas contain the most fat per pizza and Zizzi pizzas contain the most fat.

One pizza served at Pizza Hut contains 70% of the recommended level of daily fat intake for a healthy woman. A margherita pizza served at Zizzi had the highest level of salt at 4.05g per pizza and a Prezzo pizza contained the most saturated fat at over 15g per pizza.

The study also found that pizzas sold at Pizza Express were found to have the lowest levels of fat and salt.
