I just wanted to say that Lighter Life is a great diet and I'd highly recommend it. Over the past 5 months I have shed over 4 stone and I'm now down to my ideal weight for my height. Unlike most diets, Lighter Life supports dieters with counselling, allowing them to face up to their food issues and over eating.

So sure abot which diet to do after Chrismas, try Lighetr Life.

ps. I sounds like I work for them and I really don't.

I personally would not recommend any very low calorie diets (VLCD's) of any kind to my clients.

I had a close friend who went on the Lighter Life diet for months ... and she lost a lot of weight and looks great.

Not only that, but unlike many 'diet solutions' Lighter Life sessions included counciling regarding current eating habits and ways in which to change these habits for life.

So for me Lighter Life sounds pretty good. Granted though, I personally couldn't stick to any diet that asked the dieter NOT to eat at all but to replace all meals with low calorie shakes and drinks.

I would go with Philips, and say i would never suggest any of my clients go on a very low carb diet!

consulting with your doctor is a must before inducing yourself into any
form of diet.. because you'll never know the effects and if the plan is
suitable for your health.
