Do facial moisturizers actually work?? I'm a women who is keen to take care of her skin but I'm just not sure facial creams work. What is the science behind this?? How do they work??

Hi lonely girl!
Most creams and moisturisers have inorganic compounds/toxins that soak into the skin and have to be processed by the liver creating disharmony in the body. A really good way to stay on top of healthy looking skin is to drink your body weight in kgs x 0.03 to give you theamount of litres needed of water per day.
Eat organic foods devoid of antiobiotics and pesticides and get to bed around 10.30. If you really want a good natural moisturiser look no further than a small amount of organic coconut oil, applied to dry skin.
