I take creatine and protein powder. To save time I've started to mix my creatine and protein powder together with milk and then downing the lot.
Is this ok? Or should creatine be taken on its own in water / fruit juice for the best results?
Thanks Si

The absorption rate may not be quite as good, as the creatine powder may not fully dissolve like it would do in water/juice but other than that, its fine to do that, no probs! :D

There is a protein shake on the market that includes a small amount of creatine in every shake. It is called Maximuscle cyclone and i have used it for the last 6 months with good results. The only downside is that it is quite expensive at £40.00 for 1.2kg.
But if you want the convinience of all you need in one drink give Maximuscle Cyclone a go.

Maximuscle Cyclone is expensive and not needed. You can buy whey protein, creatine and maltodextrin and make your own for a fraction of the price. You can also pick up the same sort of thing from bulk suppliers for cheaper, with no differece in the quailty of the ingrediants.
Post workout drink after weight training could be 40g of maltodextrin/dextrose, 40g whey protein, 5g creatine. You can pick up the powders cheaply, no need for branded stuff.
