I've changed my workout to a 4 day split:

Monday and Thursday


Chest press
Inclinde press
Upright row
Shoulder press
Dips
Tricep press down


Tuesday and Friday


Leg press
Leg extensions
Lat pull downs
Bent over rowing
Bicep curls
Hammer curls


This training change has seen my pile on the muscle. But now I want to cut up a little. So, what next?
