| .Optimum-Physique was founded by Peter Jawor in July 2004 to provide one-on-one personal and lifestyle training.
Peter successfully completed a 5 year Sports Science degree before going on to complete a Personal Trainer Diploma. As a result of his qualifications, Peter’s areas of expertise include sport specific training, corrective, holistic exercises and postural imbalances. His system of training primarily focuses on functional training, core conditioning and effective body movements. Through this approach, Peter can help clients be rid of back and neck pain, reduce muscle imbalances and any other movement disorders that are developed by our sedentary lifestyles and lack of regular activity.
