| I have spent the majority of my working career in finance either banking or as a Trust Officer in a tax and accountancy firm. Training has always been a part of my life stemming from boxing at an amateur level in my early teens.
I decided to make a career change and qualify in the thing I am most passionate about - fitness. I gained my Diploma with Premier International which qualified me in Personal Training including clients of special population groups (diabetics, asthmatics, pre & post natal etc), optimum & sports nutrition, injury rehabilitation and sports massage therapy.
I enjoy working out and learning new training techniques and exercises to keep me up to speed with current trends. My greatest satisfaction is helping people achieve what they did not believe possible and seeing the benefits of their hard work.
