I’m not going to lie and tell you that improving your health is a piece of cake. If only it were! I don’t believe in offering false dreams that can’t be turned into reality. Anyone who says they can offer you these kinds of results in just 10 minutes a day, without putting any real effort in, while eating whatever you like, is simply lying!
Too many exercise and diet plans make such promises that simply can’t be met. Making a positive change to your body, your diet, your lifestyle and your way of thinking takes time and effort. If you are prepared to put the work in, you WILL succeed!
I guarantee that the Strive for 5 Plan hides no gimmicks and no cheating shortcuts. It is neither restrictive nor harsh, nor is it a ‘quick fix’ regime designed to bring fast results while putting your body and mind through hell.
