I'm a very experienced trainer who has been going to the gym at least 4
times a week for about two years with one real goal size. In those two
years i never thought a personnel trainer could help me and I have been
successful but then I started to have allot of problems with my back.
Mainly sometime in the morning I would wake with lower back pain that meant
i would have to take pain killers.
Jay assessed me and gave me a routine to follow. After about 6 weeks my
posture was allot better and i had not woken up with back pain at all. I
