About the company
I live locally in East Grinstead and work as a trainer at Dunnings Mill Health and Fitness Club. I have 15 years personal training experience and my qualifications include:- Focus Training Gym Instructor YMCA Gym Instructor Award YMCA Personal Trainer Award I am fully insured to practice as a personal trainer and hold a current First Aid certificate. During my time in the industry I have had the privilege of training a broad spectrum of clients. These range from athletes, power lifters, rugby players and dancers. I started training with Nick six months ago. I had done a bit of running, but due to poor core stability I was prone to getting injured, Nick listened to my needs and created a training plan in order to develop strength. Six months later my running has improved greatly and I can increase my miles without fear of injury.
