I couldn't be without Pilates now, as it's become such a big part of my life. Everything that I would have complained about before the classes (such as tight, rounded shoulders, knee and back pain) seems to have either disappeared altogether or at least improved significantly since I started taking Pilates classes. Wendy is a great teacher who constantly varies the sessions and encourages us to challenge ourselves whilst allowing us to progress at our own individual pace. Sarah Wilkinson
