| AC Pilates / Fitness Training is a friendly fitness service and centre which aims to improve an individual's health and fitness on all levels, through personal training for weight-loss to sports specific training and rehabilatation through the use of specific training and Pilates inspired exercises.
Pilates Matwork classes in Pangbourne and Reading across Berkshire (Mondays - Wednesdays) and in Kent (Thursday - Fridays) aim to bring Pilates into the community for everyone to enjoy from the beginner to the improver to advanced levels of sporting excellence.
Your Pilates instructor and trainer, Anna Cotgreave (BA, MSc, RSA/OCR, FIA) is a member of the Register of Exercise Professionals (REPS) Anna has a dance and fitness background spanning twenty years and is an Advanced Instructor with fifteen years dance based Pilates training and has been teaching fitness classes and Pilates inspired exercise for many years.
Anna is working alongside many Physiotherapists to make sure participants rehabilitate and move efficiently.
