| Rachael began practising Pilates while
training as a professional dancer in 2001.
In 2005 she trained to become a Pilates
instructor with the Pilates foundation UK and on achieving accredited matwork member status in 2006, she has been teaching ever since. |
| I teach matwork classes suitable for all levels of fitness and I am able to draw upon my movement background to add an imaginative and balanced approach to my
