| Pilates exercises have a natural progression which makes them ideal for all levels of fitness, and the small numbers in the classes ensure that all clients are given individual attention and can progress at their own pace. Classes concentrate on our natural alignment and stability, with exercises creating both strength and flexibility. We include both freestanding and mat exercises and where appropriate light weights are used to strengthen muscles, but not add bulk. All equipment including mats, is provided by your teacher. Clothing should be comfortable and non-restrictive. | Back to results |
