| We offer Yoga classes, (groups, companies, charities, schools and individuals), Nutrition Advice, Personal Coaching and organise workshops, retreats and various related events. Our aim is to bring Yoga to as many people as possible and raise the awareness of the general public. The type of Yoga we teach is very much adapted to the students needs. We also teach pregnancy and therapeutic yoga. |

| Happy New Year all! This year to enhance our practice together each month we will focus on a different Chakra, alongside our usual combination of static Hatha Yoga & flowing sequences. You will also continue to receive the monthly newsletter. For those of you who haven't joined us yet, my teaching style is meditative but challenging, & adapted to the students. I am qualified by the British Wheel of Yoga, the Governing Body for Yoga in the UK & inspired by my mother who has been teaching Yoga for 20 years. Hope to see you in class!
