About the company

I am a Senior level Iyengar yoga teacher. I began teaching in 1994. My teacher is Jeanne Maslen, one of BKS Iyengar's advanced teachers. I have been lucky enough to be taught twice by Mr Iyengar himself and now try to visit Pune, India every two years to be taught by BKS Iyengar's son and daughter Prashant and Geeta.
