Lisa at Yassas Personal Training has helped me finally stop yo-yo dieting and yo-yo weight change. For the first time in my life I've lost weight and am maintaining my new weight. Lisa helped me with both my exercise programme and nutrition advice, and now helps me stay on track! Jan, youth worker, aged 40 Yassas kids sessions are fun.
