| The Pilates Studio of Berkshire was established two year ago by Rebecca Clements, her team of instructors run Matbased Pilates classes, Equipment Pilates Classes, Yoga, YogaBugs, Pre and Post Natal, Fit2Golf and a Power Plate for personal Training sessions. All of our instructors are professional, friendly and are fully qualified and insured. The studio is fully air conditioned with plenty of parking. |
Linda Rooke, Since starting Pilates at the studio my knee problem has improved greatly. Claire Lewis, Pilates has helped improve my posture and stoped the pain i was constantly getting in my lower back. The classes are fun and very relaxing.
