I have no hesitation in recommending a course of personal training with Sam at BodyFit Personal Training. Since starting a course with Sam this time last year I have regained a level of fitness that I haven't felt since before I had my children.
As my youngest is now 21 years old, this is no mean achievement. I have been complemented on my slimmer figure and muscle tone on my legs and arms. I am now keen to go walking with my husband and am able to keep pace with him.
