I am a former national level runner with many sports experiences and would like to offer you my knowledge and experience to help you achieve these goals, whatever your level is -from recreational to competitive-. I can train you anywhere you would like: in a private studio gym, a park, your home or a sports centre. I will tailor a programme for you and give you some advice notably about nutrition and equipment.

Miss F.I., 29, contacted me beginning of January 2007 in order to receive some coaching to prepare herself for the London 2007 marathon on April 22. She didn't exercise for a few months until she started to train again 3 months before meeting me -running 10 ks 1-2 times a week in 1 hour. She trained with me until mid March (we did some specific athletic track and hill workout with weight training and i gave her nutrition advises that i got from a former international marathon winner). She reached the goal that we set to complete the marathon under 4h30. Here is what she says about her performance and my training: " I managed to finish despite the hot weather and completed in 4 hours 27 mins! ".
