| I have over 20 years experince of working in the health and fitness industry and am keen to help others achieve their fitness or sporting goals. I have considerable experience of playing many sports e..g. fotball, squash, badminton and have also competed in many marathons, half marathons, 10K's, duathlons and also indoor rowing competitions. |
Rhys helped me to remain motivated and achieve my weight loss target. I am very thankful to him for this as I feel like a new person.
As a result of the training programme I was set I was able to go to the Indoor Rowing Championships and row a personal best. I was chufed on the day and felt 10 feet tall.
