| Blue Earth Pilates offers one-on-one, home tuition that will help develop optimal strength, flexibility, endurance and posture, without building bulk or stressing the joints. We encourage our clients to engage their minds as well as their muscles. Blending elements of Pilates, Yoga and Body Conditioning our sessions will explore exercises geared towards strength and flexibility, through a focus on posture, core stability and body alignment.
