I've been training with Wabz for two months and have definitely noticed improvement in my strength and energy levels. Strangely enough, now I even look forward to running round the park in the cold and mud! Wabz is very good at motivating you to keep going, and to work hard without feeling the need to pretend to be a sergeant major. The class is made up of people of all levels of ability and Wabz is good at tailoring the class to people's needs and different levels of ability.
This is really important for me as someone who's not very fit at the moment, because it means the classes are challenging without being too difficult and unachievable. I've had some strange aches after some sessions but Wabz has also taught me the best calf stretch I've ever found! Seriously though, I've really enjoyed the classes I've done with Wabz and would do them more often if I could. - Danielle
