Perfectly Pregnant aims to deliver fitness to pregnant women of all levels and abilities. Your midwife must agree to you taking part in this low impact pregnancy specific class. Avoid unnecessary intervention and help your body to take control of your delivery strength and stamina! Postnatal available, and baby comes too!

You can begin pregnancy exercise at ANY stage of your pregnancy provided your midwife or doctor feels you are well enough to take part. A few women may be contraindicated for exercise, eg. pre-eclampsia. Please consult your health carer for more advice, or call Marie to ask about the classes and 1 to 1 sessions.
