A big reason why some people don’t like the gym is because they don’t know what to do once they get there. They maybe go for the first time, look round at the equipment with a confused expression and spend 20 minutes doing stretches until they think its safe to make a run for it, never to return again.
Some of us don’t like communal changing rooms. There are a lot of naked bodies in there and some people can understandably get embarrassed.
Some regular trainers still go to the gym, but have perhaps reached a training plateau and find it hard to progress without the proper, dedicated one to one instruction.
Our personal trainer will eliminate all of these things for you. All you need to do is tie the laces on your trainers and be ready on time.
