I am privileged to be trained by Jimmy George. I am not a natural athlete and Jimmy has worked hard to give me the confidence to push myself to my limits. Jimmy’s knowledge of exercise physiology is matched by his knowledge of psychology.
He builds on one’s strengths, doesn't make a big deal of one’s weaknesses and little by little, creates the new you!
He offers flexible, tailored and above all stimulating personal training’. I first went to Jimmy to help me prepare for and compete in a
marathon. In the past I had been forced to give up running due to back and hip problems. Jimmy quickly identified muscle imbalances and gave me corrective exercises. He was patient, encouraging and professional.
With Jimmy’s help, in under three months I successfully completed a half-marathon in a better than expected time without any recurrence of my back problems; and thanks to his continued efforts I comfortably completed the Edinburgh marathon at the end of May. I would definitely recommend Jimmy as a personal trainer.
