Julia has been my personal trainer for two-and-a-half years and I always find her to be reliable. In all that time she has never cancelled a lesson, or been late, or curtailed a session. She is always smartly and appropriately dressed, in the official gym dress-code. She is friendly and professional, with a good sense of humour.
I always feel that I have a good work-out and Julia always has a prepared lesson plan, which she varies from week to week sufficiently to maintain my motivation, and which shows clear progression. She is adaptable, and capable of changing the plan if I turn up with a specific problem.
Julia does a lot of training herself, so when she introduces a practice or exercise she speaks from experience.
She appears to have a good knowledge of anatomy, and is able to give me effective advice about specific problems and situations that I present with.
She helps me to set goals, and provided the means to achieve them.
