| My mission is to provide a personal training service that is just that, personal. Too often, I have seen with 'personal trainers' all they are interested in is spending a couple of hours a week, sitting back, and taking your money. For me, I look at that and think 'What's the point in that?' How many times do they contact you in the week to see how you are getting on?
I like to keep my clients on their toes, I believe in not only taking training sessions with clients but advising them on nutrition and time management like to take time out and see how clients are getting on. That's why I you can contact me whenever. My aim is to provide clients with the knowledge that they need to become more physically fit, motivate them to achieve new and exciting goals.
If you've ever entered a gym or health club, you know how distracting things can be. weights bang, music blares, spandex flashes in the background, you feel as though others judge you. That's where I want to get clear this message-it doesn't matter where we do the exercise, as long as it gets done! I will train people ion the gym, at their house, or outside in the park. It doesn't matter. You don't need some fancy gym membership believe me. Whatever works for you. And I like to mix things up, and keep them fun. Sometimes we will have a session plan, sometimes I will surprise you, have you doing all sorts of crazy things. The biggest thing for me, is the fact that you are having fun. No one wants to exercising and not having any fun. Life's too short, and if you are not enjoying it, chances are you will give up.
And if you don't show up for an appointment, I'll be calling to find out why! Because, unlike a gym, I don't have 4000 members to manage, I can really take care of my clients. I pride myself in my attention to detail and the service and value I offer the people who have trusted their health and fitness to me

'James has been my personal trainer for the last four months. I have always taken exercise and attend the Gym regularly but never seemed to make much progress. Since working with James I have noticed significant muscle development and increased strength. I would not have made this progress on my own for two reasons, I didn't know how and would never have pushed myself as hard as I do when working with James'.

Each session started out with a routine warm up and then He would mix up the work out to challenge and surprise the body. I would leave each session feeling so good! I was also able to incorporate some of James' exercises into my own routine outside of our sessions. He answered questions about nutrition and gave me some suggestions on how to make healthier l food choices and emphasised the importance the balance between training and nutrition. I reached my fitness goal and I live a healthier lifestyle. I feel good about where I am right now and know that James made it happen for me'
