When I first began personal training, it was after a very long time and I had'nt been to the gym for ages, and going into the gym and speaking to Joe made me feel very at ease and I felt my motivation would come back. When I actually started personal training, it was easy to get back into it even though I thought it would be very difficult. The way Joe monitored me and then devised an exercise plan was excellent. I noticed the changes after few weeks, and this was only after a session a week for few weeks. He also advises on eating habits as well as stretches before and after exercising as he stresses that it is very important as well. Hope I can carry on with him for PT. Thanks a million Joe."
"Thanks to Joe for his help in devising a weight training programme to complement my existing cardiovascular routine. His authoritative advice on specific exercises and diet has proven invaluable. Having analysed the specific components of my existing routine and their frequency, Joe provided specific advice, including a documented plan, aimed at meeting my dual needs of cardiovascular and strength training. This also included suggestions on appropriate stretching exercises both pre and post workout. Cheers Joe"
