| Jenny Cromack Personal Training is bespoke personal training brought to you, whenever you like, wherever you like. Our training sessions are performed at a time and place convenient for you, taking away the hassle of getting to the gym so you still have time to do the other things that you enjoy in life! I specialise in home based training, however I do have a city centre gym available for use with clients.
I have over 8 years of working in the industry. I am passionate about what I do and enjoy using my knowledge and expertise to motivate clients to achieve their goals. Our training sessions may sometimes be hard, but you can be guaranteed that I'll make our sessions fun so that you enjoy exercising.
Whatever your goals maybe, whether it's getting in shape for a special occasion, losing weight or increasing your fitness to run your first 10k I will provide you with the motivation and support to achieve these goals. |
