| LadyZone “your 30 minute relaxed workout” is an exciting new, ladies-only circuit based workout, lasting only 30 minutes.
The Ladyzone “your 30 minute relaxed workout” circuit is based around a simple 10 station concept. Members are guided around the circuit by a traffic light system. Members are always supervised by fully qualified instructors. This means that exercise is always performed correctly making for a more efficient workout and maximising results. The circuit incorporates all of the major elements of a successful workout. These are cardiovascular, resistance, free exercises and flexibility.

“Before Ladyzone I was overweight, my cholesterol and blood pressure were sky high and I was out of breath all the time. I needed to do something drastically but didn’t know what to do. I’d tried dieting before but it doesn’t increase your fitness levels and although I’ve lost weight before by dieting I always put it back on. I felt I had no options left. It was then that my daughter and husband read about Ladyzone and encouraged me to join. Even then I was dreading it. I thought everyone would be so much younger than me – which they’re not. Well I’ve lost 2 and a half stone and I feel as fit as a fiddle. I’ve had to buy new clothes and re-use old clothes that I haven’t been able to fit into for years. Now every time my daughter sees me she comments on how much better I look and even calls me “Twiggy!” I’m so much happier and so are my family.
I’ve got arthritis in my feet, spine and hands and was therefore worried in the beginning that it might be a problem – but it wasn’t. Laura, (one of Ladyzone’s personal trainers) specifically designed my workout to incorporate all my injuries and problems. In fact I had a knee replacement a few months after joining Ladyzone and was able to get straight back into training after only a few weeks.
The circuit system makes the time fly and I often think “Is it time to get off already?” I am able to find time to come 4-5 times a week because its only 30 minutes out of my day.
The staff are all so lovely and I love Ladyzone so much that I recommend it to everyone – I even told the lady on the bus this morning!”
