| Established 17 years ago, Ladies only facility for all ages shapes and sizes. Very friendly non-intimidating. The gym also has four beauty rooms with qualified beauty therapists with 16years experience. The beauty salon is open to non members. |

| £400.00 paid in full for one year membership includes all classes, gym and use of Exten Toning chairs. Opening hours, 7am to 9pm Monday to Thursday, 7am to 6pm Fridays and 9am to 2pm Saturdays. or you can pay monthly, £60.00 first payment then 12 monthly instalments of £30.00.Student membership. for 12 months is £50.00 first payment then £25.00 per month. |
