Richard (Reading) - Weight Loss
After trying the gym and many fad diets with no success I decided to get a personal trainer. I trained with Niall 3 times a week and that mixed with the nutritional advice he gave me I soon reached my goal of losing over 42 pounds (3 stone).
Alison (Bracknell) - Training for the Navy
I have always had the ambition of joining the Navy's reserves but have failed the fitness tests on previous attempts. Since I started training with Niall I have never looked back and am now in the Navy's reserves after coming top in all the fitness tests
