I have suffered for a number of years from M.E. (Myalgic Encephalomyelitis/ Encephalopathy), otherwise known as Chronic Fatigue Syndrome or Post Viral Fatigue Syndrome. This has left me totally exhausted after taking only a few steps, and has resulted in me spending most of my time in bed, in an armchair, or in a wheel chair if I wanted to get out of the house. Because my mobility has been so severely limited for so long, I had lost virtually all the rotational ability in my spine, due mainly to muscle tightening and not being used. Also, I had very limited movement at the hips, knees and ankle, mainly due to inactivity and sitting in a chair for so long. My core muscles we very weak and when I tried to walk, my legs would start to shake due to fatigue. This was very exausting for me.
Todd developed a programme for me which gradually exercised all the muscle groups I needed to work on. I was amazed that after only three weeks of following Todd’s exercise routine I was sitting more upright and my upper body mobility had improved to the extent that I could rotate my shoulders to an angle of 10 degrees to my hips. My legs are getting stronger and shaking less often. Todd's exercise programme is a very gentle progression of keeping all the muscle groups in good condition so aiding the body to recover from this disabling condition, at whatever degree of disability you are at. He will only go at your pace and gradually increases the exercises when he feels you are able to do so I have continued with Todd’s exercise programme and am continuing to improve my upper body mobility and strength. I look forward to the stage when hopefuly I can begin to walk without being totally exhausted after only a few yards, and returning to a normal life. I highly recommend and have trust in Todd's Judgement.

My husband, Dave, has suffered from ME for a number of years, which has rendered him virtually wheelchair bound, as far as mobility is concerned. Consequently, I have had to push him in his wheelchair whenever we went out. This has resulted in me having very rounded shoulders and suffering from a variety of neck, shoulder and lower back pains.
Todd’s exercise programme has achieved a major improvement in my posture, and now, I rarely suffer from neck or lower back pain. I am also improving the strength in my arms, shoulders and back through the use of light weights but targeted exercises. I can speak highly of the personal attention that Todd has shown, and of the results that he has achieved.
