The company has trained Fitness Trainers from Health Clubs nationwide and has produced Strength Coaching sessions for Chelsea Ladies Football Club and England Ladies Rugby Football Club. Based in the City of London the sessions take place in a gymnasium with easy access and uses equipment that enables the achievement of all fitness goals. All sessions are 60 mins long. |

Glenn went on to write and develop a boxing based training manual, which he launched out to all HP 47 clubs in late 2004.
