From marathon runners to people who have never exercised before, David can customise a programme specific to your needs and your lifestyle. We can train you in our fully equipped private studio in Earlsfield, outdoors in parks or commons or even in the comfort of your own home. David Robertson is a former professional rugby player and his personal training services have recently been featured on BBC1's "I Want It Now" and in "Noblesse" magazine. |

David Robertson has been my personal trainer for a year now. When I started training with him I was not in particularly good shape. My back was constantly painful and I was pretty run down. Being a working mum with two young children I was physically and mentally exhausted. My youngest son was very ill and spent a lot of time in hospital; David was very flexible at working around the hours that suited me. He has worked hard at improving my overall fitness and strengthening my core muscle. I have been training for a 10k run and David has helped to improve my running technique.Our sessions, whilst physically challenging, are always enjoyable. Without doubt I walk away from our PT sessions feeling refreshed, revived and much fitter!" My favourite thing is boxing – something I never felt confident enough to try in a class but with David’s training I know my technique won’t embarrass me if I do join a group.
