From my experience of personal trainers, John Cann is far and away the most knowledgable, motivating and pleasant P.T. that I have worked with. He is fantastic at tailoring workouts exactly to my needs, and doesn't let me slack either...always important! I would highly recommend him to anyone, whether 'beginner' or professional, whatever area you are looking to improve in.
