As a fully qualified Nutritionist I also take a look at your dietary habits and together we plan your optimum nutritional intake.

During stressful and difficult times during your training program when your rite out of puff Gary will make you go that extra mile, UPHILL, and when your heart and lungs are pumping as strong as ever the only way to beat it is to square up to it or you will get 20 squat jumps.
Gary has been such a role model for me even though I'm no Patsy Kensit lookalike and my g-string is more like a washing line. His knowledge on nutrition (muffins and rye bread recipes) and forcing you to make those lifestyle changes is astounding, the punishments for curry and larger intake makes it humanly impossible to smell them never mind eat them again.
The NASH is stylish yet HIP without the BLING! when training or just sprinting in his shades. Just training alongside him makes me feel like a celebrity and that I'm not worthy. He is a true sports person mentally without the heavy breathing and the sweating and, the patience he has training such wimps is a challenge in itself.
