Amanda began practising Yoga over 30 years ago and studied Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga from 1990. In recent years she has experimented with more creative ways of practising and teaching Yoga. Amanda’s teaching of Yoga now includes Vinyasa Flow sequences informed by Body-Mind Centering® . Her aim is to help students develop embodied awareness and greater ease of movement
