Club Woodham facilities and services

Club Woodham offers a fully air conditioned, state of the art Gymnasium and with our comprehensive induction process we can ensure your training programme is designed specifically to your requirements. You can enjoy a studio programme that provides a wide range of classes to suit all levels of fitness and we have both squash & racketball courts with inter club leagues.

The personal touch

Club Woodham offer personal training, weight management and GP referral programmes and all of our instructors are industry registered so you can rest assured that you are in good hands.

Club Woodham memberships

Families are welcomed into the Club, we have a crèche and conduct a number of after school activities for the older children including dance classes and gym sessions. For the older adult we offer a range of activities on a pay as you go basis which gently introduce you to exercise.

We also offer an express membership for those of you who need to exercise on the run. The pace of modern day life means that every minute of the day is precious, therefore we provide a 30 minute circuit which has been designed to burn calories and improve fitness.

If this all sounds like to much hard work we also have sauna, steam rooms and a separate relaxation area.
