All of our 50 exercise stations and free weights have been supplied by Technogym, Europe’s leading provider of stylish, comfortable and easy to use gym equipment.

The Technogym key system is unique within the industry and provides a totally computerised training regime, which can be downloaded to your key and makes coming to the gym a totally user friendly experience. It’s the most convenient way to achieve consistency and control into your routine.

Personal training at East Sussex Natonal Health Club

At Horsted Health Club we also have a committed team of personal trainers, who will help you achieve your goals on a one to one basis. Each personal training session is charged at £30 per hour.

We also offer one to one swimming lessons so whether you are looking to improve your technique or are a total beginner we can help. Each one on one session costs £15 per half an hour.
