We recognise that only 10% of the population belong to fitness clubs. Many people find the average group-owned health clubs an intimidating prospect, perceived as being full of posers and body-builders! At énergie our average members age is 42, and over 70% of our members have never used a fitness club before.

A fitness and weight loss studio for Women designed around a 30-minute workout, combining aerobic exercise and muscle toning to achieve stunning results. The studio’s are upto 1,600 sq.ft and offer a low outlay and the potential for fantastic returns!
