Fitness tests allow exercisers, athletes and coaches alike to identify physical strengths and weaknesses.  They act as a benchmark upon which a suitable training program can be developed, aimed at reach specific fitness and exercise related goals.

Without an initial and ongoing physical assessment any fitness based training may not allow the perform to reach his or her goals.
