Nutrition Specialist Diploma course: Future Fit

There are a number of Nutrition courses available through Future Fit Training, all of which are extremely relevant to your education and career in health and fitness now that obesity has become such a major concern in the UK.
Nutrition and Weight Management module
Future Fit Training’s Nutrition and Weight Management Module is the first evidence-based nutrition course (endorsed by The Nutrition Society) available in the UK. This course understands that the vast majority of people who employ the services of a personal trainer of fitness trainer are looking for nutrition and weight management advice in order to help them regulate or decrease their weight.
Nutrition Specialist Diploma
The Nutrition Specialist Diploma course allows graduating students and fitness professionals to give nutritional and weight management based advice to clients. The Diploma course consists of the following programmes of study:

1. Nutrition and Weight Management module: In depth
The Future Fit Training Nutrition and Weight Management course module is designed to equip students and fitness professionals with a core knowledge of diet and nutrition, whilst allow graduates to give advise to clients on a range of nutrition and weight management issues. It will give course graduates a sound grounding in nutrition based on scientifically researched principles, and will enable you to give sound nutrition advice and training.
The course module consists of the following areas of study:
Fundamentals of nutrition:

What constitutes a healthy diet

Macro-nutrients (proteins, carbohydrates and fats)

2. Applied Nutrition module (Internet based course)
The Applied Nutrition module consists of professionally-written open learning materials, together with a dedicated website, where you can gain access to more sources of information, get information on assignments, and so on.
