Studio coordinators demand professionalism and versatility from their instructors. The ability of an instructor to teach more than one exercise discipline will invariably give them an advantage in the employment market over those with fewer qualifications.

The Studio Professional Award combines the Exercise to Music and Step modules into one complete course. This award gives students the opportunity to gain two recognised studio qualifications at a heavily discounted price, much less than if enrolling on the courses separately.

Exercise to Music and Step course

Exercise to Music and Step courses usually run consecutively, so the transition from one discipline to the other is a smooth one. Students do, however, have the option to "take time out" after completing their Exercise to Music qualification to gain teaching experience, and come back at a later date and take their Step qualification.
