Based in Cambridge, Ely and Haverhill, The Atrium Club provides state-of-the-art health club facilities and expertise to assist with your health and fitness goals. The Atrium Health Club know keeping fit is not just about working out and health club members are encouraged to unwind in our Spa, Sauna, Steam Room social area.

The Atrium Health Club also recognise people with children want to attend a fitness club but often find organising childcare difficult. We're the only health club in Cambridge to offer a supervised crèche facility.

Whether you’re looking for a cardiovascular workout, a new body shape with improved muscle tone or enhanced strength for a particular sporting activity, we can help you.

Aerobics at The Atrium Club

The studio is light and airy with nothing to distract you from the activity of your choice whilst you develop stamina, suppleness and strength! Choose from a variety of aerobics classes choreographed to music to make the workout fun! Yoga and pilates classes teach you to focus on core strength, breathing, stretching and meditation - to enhance mental and physical well- being. Classes are available at all levels, so there will be something to suit you!

Aerobiking is extremely popular and with a motivating instructor leading the way, your legs, arms, shoulders, abdominals and neck will receive a superb aerobic workout. Ideal for everyone!

Spa, sauna and steam

At The Atrium Club, we're well known for our Sauna, Turkish Steam Room and Jacuzzi Spa! All three are ideal for unwinding after a hard day or strenuous workout!

Spa: Heated to blood temperature, the spa has upward and side jets creating an all over body massage. Let the bubbles gently sooth away all your stresses.

Sauna: A favourite for relaxation, the sauna is hot and dry to help relax muscles after exercise.

Steam: Not as hot as a sauna, eucalyptus-filled steam is useful for assisting the cardio system and helping to detox and cleanse skin and muscles.
