Your spa day break at The Spa at The Oaks will include:

• Soft, luxurious towels and towelling robe with slippers.
• Use of state of the art stainless steel swimming pool.
• Use of sauna, steam room and aromatherpy room.
• Relaxation room with heated water beds
• Daily programme of exercise and Relaxation classes, use of cardio vascular and resistance gym (professionals available to discuss exercise techniques).
• Outdoor bathing terrace with lakeside views.
