A Danish study has found that drinking too much Coke, Diet Coke, Pepsi or other colas could lower a man's sperm count.

Cola

During the study 2,500 Danish young males were asked about their cola and caffeine-based soft drinks consumption and then had a sperm count test. Those males who didn't drink cola were said to have a higher sperm count - 50 million sperm per millitre of semen. Those males who drank a litre plus of cola a day recorded sperm quality counts of 35 million sperm per milliltre. It was also noted that these men tended to lead less healthier lifestyles as well as eat more junk fast food than the non cola drinkers.
