Donna Simpson of New Jersey, USA, wants to become the world's fattest woman. Ms Simpson currently weights 43 stone but she wants to double her size to become the fattest women on the planet.

Ms Simpson currently eats 12,000 calories a day and cannot move more than 20 feet without needing to sit down.

Donna wears size XXXXXXXL clothes and she is currently in the Guinness Book of Records as the fattest women ever to give birth - when she weighed a slight 38 stone. During the delivery she needed the assistance of 30 medics.

The weekly shopping bill costs $750 and she also runs a fetish web site where men pay to watch her eat junk food.

Donna's aim is to tip the scales at 72 stone, which would actually make her the heaviest person in the world, let alone the fattest female.

The current fattest person in the world is the UK's Paul Mason who weighs in at a whopping 70 stone. Paul has been a topic of intense conversation and debate on FitnessVenues.com already after it was revealed that his weight costs the NHS (and consequently UK tax payers) thousands of pounds a year in health care expenses.
