Pilates course terms 2009

Pilates courses ifor 2009 n the South East at Valley Hall and The Bridge.

The Bridge Community Centre, 208 Maybank Road, E18 1ET

This course runs on Tuesdays 6:30 and 7:30 pm

• 24th February-31st March 2009, £57 (Fee due 10.2.09)
• 21st April-19th May 2009 (no class 12th May 09) £38 (Fee due 31.3.09)
• 2nd June-30th June 2009, £47.50. (Fee due19.5.09)
• 7th July-28th July 2009, £38.00, (Fee due30.6.09)
• 8th September-13th October 2009, £57, (Due 28th July 2009)
• 20th October-24th November 2009, £57 (due 13. 10.09)*
• In November, the Bridge normally holds a week-long church event and therefore the venue is unavailable that week. I do not yet have the date for this November, but we will either use a temporary venue for one evening, or deduct one week from the terms fees, if we are unable to hold the class.
• 1st and 8th December 2009 classes:

These will be booked in October with the previous course. For those wishing to attend in December, the fee for the extra 2 classes will be added to the amount due on the 13th October.

Valley Hall, Valley Hill, Loughton IG10 (corner of Valley Close)

This course runs on Wednesdays at 10 am

Valley Hall, Valley Hill, Loughton IG10 (corner of Valley Close)

This course runs on Fridays from9.30 am.

• 4th and 11th December 2009, These classes will be added to fees due on 16th October for those attending.

Apart from the month of July, classes are not pre-scheduled during Essex school holidays, making it easier for school mums to book a term's classes.

However, as I appreciate this accounts for several weeks, throughout the year, I will schedule extra classes, for those unaffected by school holidays. (These extra classes are paid on a one-off basis, subject to demand.)

Please note the fee increase (£9 per class) for Valley Hall classes in June. More4Core classes also increase at this time, and are detailed on the monthly timetable.
